Welcome to Infusea. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and any purchase of loose-leaf tea, herbal infusions, and related products (“Products”) from
Infusea . By accessing or using the site and placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or place orders.

2. Scope and Acceptance of Orders

All orders placed through the website are an offer to purchase subject to these Terms. After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email acknowledging receipt of your order. A contract between you and Infusea does not come into effect until we send a separate email confirming that the Product has been dispatched (“Dispatch Confirmation”). We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (for example, if a Product is out of stock or pricing information is incorrect).

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices on the site are shown in [Indian Rupees] and include any mandatory taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept payment by major credit/debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of ordering. If an error results in an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel or amend the order and refund any amount charged.

4. Product Information and Allergen Notice

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product information including ingredients, net weight, brewing instructions, and storage guidance. However, images may differ slightly from the actual Product. Our Products are handcrafted or blended in facilities that may process common allergens. It is your responsibility to read product descriptions and ingredient lists carefully. If you have a food allergy, intolerance, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your healthcare professional before consuming our Products.

5. Use of Products and Medical Disclaimer

Products sold by Infusea are intended for normal culinary and beverage use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional for medical concerns or before using herbal products if you are taking medication.

6. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk

We will deliver Products to the delivery address you provide. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Risk in the Products passes to you on delivery. You should inspect Products on receipt and notify us promptly of any shortages, damage, or defects at infusea@lindennexa.com within 48 hours of delivery. For lost-in-transit claims, contact our support team and provide any carrier tracking information.

7. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

If you change your mind, you may cancel or return unopened Products within 7 days of delivery subject to local consumer law. Opened or used Products, perishable items, and customized blends cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless faulty. To return an item: notify us at infusea@lindennexa.com with your order number and reason; follow return instructions; the item must be returned in its original condition. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable time after we receive the returned Product. We may deduct reasonable postage or handling costs where applicable.

8. Faulty Products and Liability

If a Product is faulty, we will remedy the situation in accordance with consumer rights and applicable law (repair, replacement or refund). Except as required by law, our liability for loss or damage arising from the Products or these Terms is limited to the purchase price of the Product and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the site (text, images, logos, product names, packaging designs) is owned or licensed by Infusea and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute any material from the site for commercial use without our prior written consent.

10. User Content and Reviews

You may submit reviews or other content to the site. By submitting content you grant Infusea a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish and display that content in connection with our business. Do not post content that infringes others’ rights or contains offensive material. We may remove or edit user content at our discretion.

Promotions are subject to the terms specified for each promotion. Discount codes and gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, are non-transferable unless stated, and cannot be used in combination with other offers unless permitted. We may cancel promotions or recall discount codes at any time.
