This Refund and Return Policy applies to purchases made from Infusea by Linden Nexa through our website or other authorized sales channels.

Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • You have valid proof of purchase
  • The product is not marked as final saleclearance, or non-returnable

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used tea packs
  • Herbal infusions that have been opened
  • Products that are damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Gift cards, promotional items, or free samples
  • Perishable goods, where applicable

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/incorrect product was sent.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
